A framed fine art print of a Seahorse (2) by Dorset wildlife artist Cliff Towler. Studland Bay in Dorset is the most important sites for Spiny Seahorses in the UK, despite the seahorses being threatened on the site and their numbers dropping from 40 in 2008 to 1 in 2014. However… the largest number of protected spiny seahorses have been seen in the seagrass meadows off Dorset since 2008, the Seahorse Trust has said. During a single dive at Studland Bay, carried out since lockdown began, 16 seahorses, including pregnant males and two babies, were discovered.
Giclee fine art print, mounted and framed in 9x9inch white wooden frame.
